Daniel got to spend the day with Daddy for lunch on Friday. There is a place about an hour from here where John meets our Uncle Tom every once in a while that apparently has a fabulous Sushi bar. John LOVES sushi, and there is an all you can eat lunch deal at this place. I'm not really into eating raw things, so I don't enjoy the concept. I DO however, think that Sushi has a wonderful presentation and makes me want to like it, but I just can't get the mind over matter thing going on. Regardless.....Daniel went on this great adventure with his Daddy yesterday. I guess Daniel felt the same way his Mommy does and declined to try the elaborate delicasies. I wonder if he knew for sure what it was. Maybe it was the ENTIRE CASE of rawness spread out before him at the bar you sit at. LOL! But, he did have teriyaki chicken, and thought it was pretty yummy! I think he probably as a better sport than his Mom. Not that this would take much where this topic is concerned. John was a happy little hubby with a full belly of one of his favorite things. Overall, I think they just had a good time spending the afternoon together. Maybe next time Daniel will feel adventuresome, and let his Daddy teach him the Way of the Sushi.
