What the HECK is wrong with this picture?

So, yesterday, John went to check the mail. And, there was the usual....junk mail, bills (ugh!) magazines, and then a few treats. Jackson and Daniel each got mail! WAHOO!!! The kids LOVE, LOVE, LOVE getting mail. Jackson got a birthday party invite from his little friend Bailey. Such a cutie. Daniel......well, he got............a credit card application!!!! WHAT THE #&*#*$&#? He is SIX YEARS OLD PEOPLE! I realize that the poor decisions of the bailouts and the economic crisis is going to fall upon the shoulders of my children! HOWEVER, he is SIX FOLKS! I don't seriously think it's his job to help stimulate the economy by purchasing things on CREDIT when he is a MINOR!!! I continue to be amazed daily! And, though it gives pause to chuckle, it's really scary! I'm wondering how they got this information to send to him in the first place? And, what kind of other people out there are getting credit apps for their kids, and then ruining these kids credit before they even have a chance! Okay, okay, off my soap box for now.....just gives you a moment to say, WTF?
