I'm Walking on SUNSHINE!

News Bulletin--It is still sunny here in Arizona! And warm! In fact, I think tomorrow it's supposed to be 90 degrees! Today is a bit on the toasty side, but it's still enjoyable. In fact, we are headed out to go to a nearby park for the boys to play Quidditch with a group of Chris & Mary's friends. They THINK I am going to play, but alas, they are mistaken! LOL! Today has been a pretty laid back day. The boys, Suzanne & I got up and when to the Church that John & I met and got married in. It was really a good sermon. IT was communion Sunday too. I was glad to see some of the people that we knew. It was amazing to me, that if they encountered our children....who are MUCH older (and one more in number-Daniel) then the last time we were here.....if they encoutered them, before they knew I was in town, they automatically said, that their thoughts were..."OMG! Those have totally got to be Tucker children!" Hmmm, I wonder how they know that?!?! So funny! They are all going to be so excited to see John next week! What a fun birthday treat for him! After church was over, we attended a pot luck luncheon, and then they had an Easter Egg hunt for all of the kids. The boys thought that was big fun! Jackson found the hidden treasure map and was pretty excited about that! After that it was home again for a bit of downtime before our big afternoon at the park.

Yesterday we took the boys to Golfland -- the miniature golf place. We played 18 holes each, and had a drink and snack. The kids played Laser Tag with the Standage boys too. They had a really great day! The weather, again, BEE-UUU-TI-FUL! It was a wonderful day to be outside! Afterwards, we let the boys play at the Standages, and then went to run a few errands (Target! LOL!) Then it was home again, to have pizza with Uncle Matt & Aunt Suzanne. Yummy! And, then Matt got out his fire pit and made S'mores for the kids. They had root beer floats and watched a completely SCARY movie! Which of course, the boys L-O-V-E-D! It was PG-13, so I thought it would be okay. Truth be told, it freaked me out a bit! Luckily, Daniel crashed on the couch from exhaustion, so he didn't see any of it. But, the older boys were scared, and loved every single minute of it. Soooo funny!

We are about to leave for the park. And, then after that the girls are going for a good old fashioned Girls Night Out (GNO) to The Cheesecake Factory for dinner, drinks, talking. Maybe a movie afterwards depending on our moods! But, we will see. The boys and I will be staying at Chris & Mary's tonight so we can see them a little longer since they have to work a lot of the rest of the days we're here for. So, I am off for now. The boys are chomping at the bit to be outside playing in the sunshine. Go figure?
