Opening Day for Soccer!!!

Not long after the hectic pace of baseball has ended, the practices of soccer began! We have had practices every night for either Daniel or Jackson each night for a few hours. Saturday was the official opening day for all of the soccer leagues and the games have now began!!!! Jackson played half back for most of the game. He did a really good job defending the goal. But, unfortunately they lost their game in the end though. Daniel was able to play center forward, and goalie for his game. He did great on both fronts. Of course, as the picture shows, he is like every other kid that plays goalie, and swings from the bar when the ball is at the other end of the field! He did a great job defending that goal when it was his turn. But, the odds were stacked against these little guys too, and they lost their first game as well. Well, better luck next game! Even if they lost they both looked especially handsome in their uniforms! Official team pictures were Sunday, so we will see what those turn out like as soon as they get back to us!
