Tickle Your Funny Bone

This weekend, we went to Columbus to Easton Mall where there is a comedy club called The Funny Bone. It was my boss' birthday and their anniversary too. So, all of the girls at the salon chipped in for tickets to the comedy club for them to enjoy one of their favorite comics, John Pinette. Anyone who wanted to go, could get tickets for themselves, and 2 extra tickets to go along. It had been years since John and I had done this, so we decided to go. We got the extra tickets, and our fab friends Buffy and Bryan went with us too. Since this was an activity that wasn't exactly kid friendly, we were able to get our parents to watch all of our 5 children, and make a bit of a weekend of it. We went up early in the day, had lunch and browsed at Easton. I got to help Buffy pick out an outfit, and dress her just like a grown up doll! LOL! She did the same for me and picked out a few outfits. What fun! We ate at a great place John really enjoys called b.d. Mongolian Grill. Very yummy! You should go if you have one near you. It's neat. We stayed overnight after the show too, so that we wouldn't have such a late drive back to town. Anyhow, the comedy club was sooooo fun! John Pinette is definitely one of all of our favorite comics from here on out! He made us laugh, and laugh, and laugh. I was tearing up for most of it, but there did come a point when the tears were just streaming out of the corner of my eyes, and the laughing was almost painful! I whispered to Buffy at one point that if I didn't get a break, I was literally going to pee my pants! LOL! Luckily that did NOT happen!!! HILLARIOUS! Everyone needs a huge, belly laugh or a giggle at least once a day! Hope this helps!

Amanda (in black & Giacomo & Christy's daughter--she's a stylist at our salong), Christy is co-owner of the salon I work at, and she is an AWESOME manicurist! I have learned so much from her. Giacomo is the birthday boy, and owner of the salon that is his namesake.

This is Shirley, our massage therapist at the salon. She is hillarious, and was the coordinator of our trip to The Funny Bone. What a great job she did! Fun was had by ALL of us who were fortunate enough to get to go along!
