Happy 7th Birthday Daniel!

This year, Daniel's birthday fell on Thanksgiving Day. He can be a turkey sometimes, so that is probably appropriate! LOL! I was so glad to have this extra celebration. It truly is a time of year to count your blessings, and Daniel is definitely THAT to our family. Daniel knows exactly what he wants, and how he likes it. He asked to start his day with breakfast in bed. Our bed to be exact. He wanted eggs and bacon (his favorite) along with donuts complete with a candle. We obliged, of course. Cheap birthday thrills, that's for sure.

I was surprised that he didn't want to open his presents right away after breakfast. But, instead, he said he wanted to wait until after we ate our Thanksgiving meal and the rest of our family was here. He was super excited about everything he got and was especially thrilled over the Legos, and the "Shorts" DVD he got! Oh, and let's not forget the Hot Wheels paraphenalia galore! Each time he'd open a present, he'd hold it up to his face and say, "Take my picture, Mom!" He's definitely a cheeser that's for sure! He also loved the movie his Auntie Suzanne sent him. If you haven't seen "UP" yet from Disney/Pixar, you should. It's hillarious, and well, the little boy is very much like Daniel, and the grouchy neighbor is kinda like Daniel's Uncle Matt a.k.a "The Godfather". LOLOLOL! His Auntie Mary & Uncle Chris sent him some Backugan's which he LOVED, but unfortunately, I forgot to take a regular picture of that excitement! All in all it was a very good day, and I think the birthday boy was a happy one when all was said and done! Happy 7th Birthday Daniel! We Love You!
