This is a VERY busy time of year for us. We have Daniel's birthday, then our anniversary, usually Thanksgiving, and then a few short days after, we celebrate another birthday for Noah! There were birthday parties galore for the past few days. However, this year would be a little bit different. This year, Noah would be turning 13!!!! No turning back. It is official. He is now a teenager. How in the world can I have a teenage son? It seems like just yesterday that I had him. I can remember the details so vividly. He was this little tiny blue bundle wrapped tightly like a little burrito! Now he is almost 5'8" and towers over me! Time is going way too quickly. He wasn't even high maintenance and didn't ask for breakfast in bed. He wasn't demanding, or any of the things teenagers are famous for. (Yet at least, right?) He was his usual sweet self. The only thing he really wanted for his birthday this year was the newest part of the Guitar Hero series, Guitar Hero 5 complete with a new guitar. I am happy to announce that he got his birthday wish!!!! And his grandparents even got him the new Guitar Hero Smash Hits. So, he was one happy teen, as the next picture shows!
