Day 38 - It's that time of year, when the kids needed to get their Valentine's made out for their classes at school. Lucky for them we had PLENTY of time to do them with all of the unexpected snow days we had! Daniel picked Hot Wheels and Jackson got Harley Davidson ones.

Day 39 - I had been wanting to get my walk-in pantry cleaned out and de-cluttered for a loooonnnggg time. Thank you again, Snow Days! LOL! I got it rearranged and sorted and cleaned. I LOVE IT! And I felt so productive! I don't mind walking in there at all now!

Day 40 - Each week, we go to BW3's for our weekly family dinner out. The boys are always wanting to play this game that is loaded with prizes. This week, Jackson WON a really cool MP3 player on his first try! Way to go Jackers! Way to use your MAD SKILLS!

Day 41 - Late on the evening of Day 40, Jackson started to complain of a sore ear. By 1:30 in the morning, he was in tears and saying he couldn't take the pain anymore. Tylenol, corn bags, hugs....by morning I was able to get him into the doctor right away to learn that, yes, he had an ear infection, but that also, he had suffered a ruptured ear drum! Poor little guy! He is such a trooper, and hopefully when we go in for the re-check, we'll learn that it all healed on it's own.

Day 42 - This week seems to have been all about Jackson. LOL. He had a dentist check up and they gave him a carnation at the end of his appointment in honor of Valentine's Day being over the weekend. They told him he could give his flower to anyone or keep it for himself. He told me he'd like to give it to someone. I thought it would be me, but I was WRONG. He kept it in water all weekend, and gave it to a girl in his class the next day they went back to school. What a sweetie!

Day 43 - Jackson (again) had his final tournament basketball game. They played a really tough team, and lost by just 2 points at the final buzzer! Ugh! Way to go boys. You had a GREAT season!

Day 44 - John surprised me a few days before Valentine's Day with these beautiful hot pink tulips. (even though they look red in the picture) Tulips are so my FAVES!!! I'd take a pot of tulilps over a dozen roses any day!!!
