A Visit from our Godson...Seth

This summer, we had even MORE company. We traveled to Chicago to meet up with my friend Mary and her children (and other family) and were picking up our Godson Seth to stay with us for 10 days. We got to do a lot of fun things while he was here: Putt Putt Golfing, Air Force Museum, Summer Movies, Harry Potter The Half Blood Prince Opening Day Viewing, he went with us to a family going away party for my cousin, Brian, Swimming, a trip to the local water park, Kings Island Amusement Park.....and other fun things. He did get homesick, which is completely understandable. I felt bad for him then, and he also had to make an emergency trip to the dentist, after he broke off his teeth at that water park visit. But, the dentist was GREAT, Seth did FINE, and all done, all better! I think he had a fun time......we're glad to have had him come and for the experience! Young's Jersey Dairy...what's better than lunch, goofy golf, oversize slides, and ICE CREAM???? Fun!
This museum was FREE, fun! And, it has the coolest things inside. Especially a very touching exhibit entirely dedicated to the Holocaust. A must see for anyone who comes to Dayton!
Seth and Noah riding a ride at the Lego Discovery Center in Chicago. Cool place. I think the kids especially liked the free building and play time there.
